Clementine Honey Vanilla Cold Brew
Here’s a Clementine Honey Vanilla Cold Brew — still light and springy, but cozy with a touch of vanilla!
Ingredients:
Cold Brew Base:
• 1 cup Chantal Coffee Co. coffee beans (medium or dark roast)
• 4 cups cold water
Clementine Honey Vanilla Syrup:
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 cup water
• Zest of 2 clementines
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
To Serve:
• Ice
• Splash of milk or cream (optional)
• Clementine slice for garnish
Instructions:
1. Make the Cold Brew:
• Coarsely grind the coffee beans.
• Combine coffee grounds with water in a jar or pitcher.
• Steep in the fridge for 12-18 hours.
• Strain through a coffee filter or fine mesh sieve.
2. Make the Syrup:
• In a small saucepan, combine honey, water, and clementine zest.
• Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring until the honey dissolves.
• Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
• Let it cool, then strain out the zest.
3. Assemble the Drink:
• Fill a glass with ice.
• Pour cold brew over ice, leaving a little room.
• Add 1-2 tbsp of the syrup (adjust to taste).
• Top with milk or cream if desired.
• Garnish with a clementine slice.
It’s bright, sweet, and has that vanilla warmth to balance the citrus — like sunshine in a cup.
